Silverton Food Co-op

Silverton Food Co-op invites the community to watch an amazing documentary about the power of food cooperatives and the benefits they have in the communities they serve. “Food For Change is an 82-minute documentary film focusing on food co-ops as a force for dynamic social and economic change in American culture.” When you leave the theater, you’ll understand why we work so hard to make our food co-op a reality.

We are committed to acting cooperatively. We encourage each member to contribute to and participate in all activities we undertake as a cooperative. We support other co-ops and cooperative efforts and educate our members and our community about consumer issues and the cooperative movement.

This screening is co-hosted by Northwest Permaculture Institute.
