Silverton, OR: Silverton Food Co-op

March 26, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The community is invited to watch an amazing documentary about the power of food cooperatives and the benefits they have in the communities they serve. “Food For Change is an 82-minute documentary film focusing on food co-ops as a force for dynamic social and economic change in American culture.” When you leave the theater, you’ll understand why we work so hard to make our food co-op a reality. Hosted by Local Motive, “a group of area residents working to open a store where decisions about what is offered is based on sustainability and health benefits.”
