East Lansing Food Co-op

East Lansing Food Co-op will screen Food for Change, at Wells Hall room B-117, Michigan State University

ELFCO is a community-owned store, and it exists to serve the needs of its owners and of the community. Thousands of people in the East Lansing area have invested financially in the co-op by purchasing a share, and ELFCO in return invests its resources in the local economy and community. In addition, ELFCO has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in town, with years of cooperative and natural foods experience. ELFCO considers a triple bottom line, meaning that we judge our success based on a sustainable financial model, our positive impact on our community, and our environmental sustainability.
